REMONDIS Recycling GmbH & Co. KG acquired the all shares in Pakufol Folienprodukte GmbH, Depner Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG and Depner Verwaltungs GmbH. The purchase was completed on November 14, 2019. "We are delighted that the Peter and Dagmar Depner will continue to be actively available to their employees and customers," explained Ralf Mandelatz, managing director of REMONDIS Recycling GmbH & Co. KG. The previous owner & managing director, Peter Depner, will continue to work as director of Pakufol Folienprodukte GmbH, a leading manufacturer of plastic film sacks in Germany.
